3. Eligibility and Accurate Information
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to make purchases. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information and promptly notify us of corrections. You may not use the Site for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

We sell Dewmood-branded products fulfilled through third-party partners located in the United States. Product ingredients, directions, warnings, sizes, prices, and availability are provided on product pages and labels. Follow the directions and warnings for the specific product you receive. Results and experiences may vary; no particular cosmetic outcome is guaranteed unless expressly stated and supported in the relevant offer.

We may decline or cancel orders for reasons such as unavailable stock, a material pricing error, suspected fraud, or delivery outside supported areas. If we cancel an order after payment, we will notify you and refund the canceled items and associated charges. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. Changes to listings apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase.

5. Prices, Payments, and Taxes
Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable shipping charges and sales taxes are disclosed at checkout before you place the order. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You authorize the charges disclosed at checkout for the order you place.

6. Shipping
Orders covered by our Shipping Policy are fulfilled from within the United States. Estimated transit is 3–4 business days after dispatch, separate from order preparation time. Dewmood remains your point of contact for order fulfillment even when a partner or carrier handles the shipment.

7. Refunds and Cancellations
Our Return and Refund Policy describes the 30-day refund window, how to request assistance, and our no-physical-return process. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory cancellation, refund, warranty, or other consumer rights.

8. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Uses
